Delta Star Radio of Florida Inc., plans to seek LPFM
I am looking at every possibility of filing for a low power FM station (LPFM) license pending word that the FCC plans to open a new filing window sometime within the next six to twelve months.
My nonprofit, Delta Star Radio of Florida, Inc., was created back in April of 2001. I am proposing a line-up of local programming that does not depend on satellite feeds or network services as a primary format. The bulk of programming would originate from our studios in eastern Leon County, which is now used for our Internet-only service.
